Sorry, yet another survey!! This one will be open from March 6th to April 6th and top prize in the prize draw will win you a Nintendo Wii.
Whether you use QM Library by coming through our doors or from a distance, it is important that we understand your perceptions and expectations as we plan for the future of QM Library. So please, take the 10-15 minutes necessary to complete the web survey. Your opinion does count!
If you choose, you can enter a prize draw by keying in your email address at the end of the survey form. The 1st email drawn once the survey closes will receive a Nintendo Wii, while four other prize winners will each receive Amazon tokens.
